He graduated with a degree in Law in 1994 at Complutense University, with his specialisation in legal business at San Pablo University which he finished in 1995. He has been a State Lawyer since 1998, which he is now on leave. He has been a Partner at PwC Tax and Legal Services since 2011.
He has developed his practice of the legal profession in both the private and public spheres, being an expert in ragulated sectors and procedural law, mainly related to the energy sectors (electricity, gas and oil), natural resources (mainly water) and also markets which are subjected to administrative intervention.
The recipient clients of these services have been principally companies that develop their business in regulated sectors, utilities from the electrical sector and from natural gas (domestic and international), independent producers and operators, public sector companies for the renewable sector, cogeneration and waste, marketers for energy, equity and debt investors, companies dealing with construction, water and the oil sector.
